Stable URLs

Hey, would it be possible to get stable URLs for the Multiwfn development versions? Whenever there is a new dev version the old ones become inaccessible. This is somehow a reproducibility problem for me. Could maybe the date be added to the URL so that older versions stay accessible?

All older versions are always accessible://www.umsyar.com/multiwfn/old/list.htm. This link can also be found from "download" page of Multiwfn website.

The download link for developement version is unchanged until new formal version is officially released.
