After using Multiwfn to plot TDOS/PDOS/OPDOS map as illustrated in Section 4.10 of Multiwfn manual, in the post-process menu you can use option "3 Export curve and line data to plain text file in current folder" to export curve data to .txt file, then you can import it into Origin. The meaning of each column in this file is clearly shown on screen after selecting that option.

I don't know where you want to set subscript and superscripts. If you hope to use subscript or superscript style for some texts in legends of DOS map, it is not supported in Multiwfn.

Best regards,

Tian

Greetings
I am a research scholar using Gaussian 09 and I wanted to analyse the DOS-PDOS. Could you please help me with how to export data to Origin software format? Another query is, How can we set subscript and superscripts in Multiwfn itself?
I hope you will help me in this regard
Thanking you
